Konstantin Tszyu may compete for the IBF title

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) offered the former absolute champion in the first welterweight champion to Konstantin Tszyu a duel for the vacant IBF title in this weight with the fifth rating of this organization by Laumor NDU.
