The Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation withdraws household appliances owned by the Technolars from a warehouse in Kotelniki near Moscow, Anton Guskov, head of the Service of Public Relations of the Association of Trade and Compacts, said Interfax.

Meanwhile, Guskov emphasizes that Ratek considers the goods, seized by law enforcement agencies at Technosila, absolutely legal. “We are afraid that the situation is repeated in which, under the guise of fighting smuggling, an absolutely legal product is removed,” he remarked. In this regard, Guskov recalled the recent detention of a party of mobile phones intended for Euroset. The Ministry of Internal Affairs called them "counterfeit", but the manufacturer - Motorola - claims that the phones were produced for Russia, and the load is completely legal.

Commenting on the situation as a whole, the representative of the RATEK expressed concern about the fact that, according to him, "under the current legislation, in fact, any market participant can become the object of attacks of corruption interdepartmental groups." "RATEK plans to apply to the government with a request to amend regulatory acts in order to remove the possibility of creating conditions for corruption," Guskov said.
