Four Chinese students are beaten in Kostroma

Two students of the professional lyceum and one unemployed beat four citizens of China, students of the Kostroma State University, a law enforcement source told Interfax.

According to the source, "the incident occurred in Kostroma on the Yonezeskoy Street, in the yard of high school 5." "The attackers defeated national hatred, after which they disappeared. The victims were provided with medical assistance," the source noted.

The employees of the OMON OF ATS of the region detained the suspects. The source said that the prosecutor’s office of the city was initiated by a criminal case under Article 282, part 2, paragraphs of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“excitement of national, racial, religious enmity”).
