Despite the unfavorable forecast, the "air forces" of Roshydromet will try to correct the weather, ITAR-TASS reports.
Experts said that there will be 11 aircraft of the An-12, IL-18, An-32 and An-24 aircraft specially equipped with meteorological equipment in the Moscow sky. It is planned to use liquid nitrogen, granular acid (dry ice), as well as meteorological pyropatrons with iodine silver iodine.
