About 150 delegates from all dioceses of the ROCOR, located in different countries, take part in the Council. A delegate of the Council, Archpriest Viktor Potapov from Washington, shared with RIA Novosti his hopes that even clergy who oppose reunification will not move away from the Church Abroad and will follow the bishops. Immediately after the All-Diaspora Council, the ROCOR Council of Bishops will take place (May 15-19), at which the Act on Canonical Communion should be adopted. However, not everyone is as optimistic.
