The case of Forbes magazine editor-in-chief Paul Klebnikov provoked an almost extinct discussion about jury trials. And again cries are heard about how wrong everything is, that the people have not yet matured to the institution of juries, etc. I don’t know about the people, but the prosecutor’s office definitely can’t come to terms with this case. Today it became known that notary Fail Sadretdinov, acquitted in the Klebnikov murder case, was again detained. Apparently, they will sew up a new case, since the verdict of the jury is very difficult to refute.
