Today it became known that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Renton Industries Corporation (Panama) to purchase shares of the development company Arsenal-City LLC (Zaporozhye), which will provide it with 50% of the votes in the issuer’s superior management body.

According to the director of the Arsenal-City company Tatyana Filimonenkova, the company’s assets include land plots with a total area of 9.27 hectares located in the central part of Zaporozhye, of which 5.8 hectares are its property. It is planned to build a residential complex with a total area of about 200 thousand square meters on the plots. meters, as well as a large shopping center.

The total cost of the project is about 150-200 million dollars, bonds will be issued to finance it. At the initial stage of the project, the company plans to use its own and credit resources, the cost of which will amount to up to 25% of the total cost.

Arsenal City carries out investment activities and provides services in the real estate market. The company is part of the Arsenal group of companies, which also includes the investment company Arsenal-Reserve, the development company Arsenal-Development, the Arsenal real estate agency and the Independent Valuation Center.
