— Next week I’m going on a business trip to Moscow – on June 21 there will be a meeting there on the preparation of federal legislative initiatives submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. This meeting will bring together representatives from all regions of Russia. For us, the issue that will be discussed there is a very serious problem, since today the State Duma adopts no more than 3% of legislative initiatives developed by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Often this happens on formal grounds -
for example, because the documents are not prepared in the same way.
Nina Erofeeva, deputy head of the territorial agency for subsoil use in the Samara region:
— Next Thursday we will hold auctions for the right to use subsoil for three areas - Dengizsky, Karasevo-Nikonovsky and Pervomaisky. The starting amount of a one-time payment for the use of the subsoil of the Pervomaisky site is 13 million rubles, Karasevo-Nikonovsky - 26 million rubles, Dengizsky - 12 million rubles. The cost of the auction step is 10% of the initial cost. A total of nine applications were submitted for these three sites.
Vladimir Vorontsov, Deputy General Director for General Issues of OJSC Orenburgenergo:
— On June 23, we will have a meeting of the board of OJSC Orenburgenergo. The main issues that will be discussed at the meeting are preparing the company for work in winter and increasing equipment reliability.
Vasily Gvozdev, Chairman of the Ulyanovsk City Duma:
“Next Wednesday we will have a very serious meeting of the City Duma, at which a number of issues important for Ulyanovsk will be considered. In particular, Valentin Ivanov, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the Ulyanovsk region, will speak at the meeting - he will tell what federal programs will be implemented in Ulyanovsk in 2007 and what funding will be allocated for these purposes. In addition, deputies, together with representatives of the city mayor's office and the regional government, will consider the issue of priorities of the city budget for 2007 in all areas and decide what needs to be improved, for example, in the field of housing and communal services or healthcare. — Next week I will take part in a meeting of the executive committee of the “Combat Brotherhood”, which will be held in Moscow from June 19 to 22. At the meeting, the regulations on awards will be approved, the issue of patriotic education of citizens, rehabilitation of participants in hostilities, assistance to the families of the victims and many other issues will be discussed.
