The President of the Russian Guild Rieltor Elena Dranchenko at a press conference said that rapidly rising housing prices in Moscow can “blow up” the real estate market.
“Already today, according to various analytical data, the average cost of 1 sq. M. In Moscow is 3000-3200 dollars. And if you do not take any measures, by the end of the year it will be 4000,” she predicts.
The head of the RGR also expressed the opinion that amendments to the law on shared participation in construction, which have already passed two readings in the State Duma, will not be able to radically change the situation in the shared construction market, M2 reports.
“Three main amendments can be distinguished: on the cancellation of the joint liability of banks with developers, on reducing the interest rate of penalties for delaying the commissioning of the house, restricting the capabilities of the co -investor to terminate the shared participation agreement unilaterally. However, these amendments“ do not change the law conceptually, ”Dranchenko emphasized.
