The prefect of the southwestern administrative district of Moscow Alexei Chelyshev announced a moratorium on the judicial eviction of the inhabitants of the village in South Butovo until the end of August.

“Yesterday, I signed an appeal to the Zyuzinsky inter -district court to cancel the consideration of these cases until the end of August,” he said today at an expanded meeting of the Commission of the Public Chamber of Public Control over the activities of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies and reforming the judicial system.

According to Interfax, in turn, the First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Government Vladimir Resin said that such a decision was dictated by the desire of the mayor of the city of Yuri Luzhkov "to find a peaceful way to get out of the current conflict situation."
