In the north of Russia, driven by western currents, the cyclone is confidently moving eastward; today its center will approach Komi. So light to moderate rain with thunderstorms almost everywhere. In the west, the air is already cool, during the day mostly no higher than +20°C. In the center of Russia, Thursday is the last hot day, up to +30°C, but already in the afternoon it will start raining here at the fronts of this cyclone. But starting on Friday, when in the rear of the cyclone the wind will be from the northeast, a rather long period of cool weather will begin, around +20°C during the day, and closer to +10°C at night. Hot weather will continue in the North Caucasus and Lower Volga, but thunderstorms are inevitable here, especially heavy rains with hail are most likely in the republics of the North Caucasus.

In Moscow during the day, partly cloudy weather, local short-term rains, thunderstorms are possible, temperature +27...+29оС, in the region +25...+30оС, western wind, 3--8 m/s. At night it rains at times, temperature +14...+16оС, in the region +12...+17оС.

In St. Petersburg during the day it is mostly rainless, the temperature is +20...+22оС. Intermittent rain at night, temperature +13...+15оС.

In the middle zone and in the south of European Russia, hot weather with low oxygen content in the air will continue. Weather hypoxia is especially difficult for people with cardiovascular and endocrine diseases. If these people feel worse, they should immediately take medications recommended by their doctor. To quench thirst and relieve fatigue, you should drink still mineral water, green tea or fruit juice.
