A family of hereditary teachers and doctors is turning to you with a request to help Stanislav Nikolaevich Sidorov, who needs expensive treatment abroad.

Sidorov Stanislav Nikolaevich, 49 years old, lives in Pskov, since 2001 being treated at the Hematological Research Center, temporarily lives in the city of Lyubertsy.

Clinical diagnosis: lymphogranulomatosis, IV Bb stage. Condition after multiple polychemotherapy, radiation therapy. Disease progression.

We hoped for a related allogeneic stem cell transplantation, but there was no compatible donor among the relatives. Given the severity of the disease, Stanislav needs a vital allogeneic bone marrow transplant (BMT) from an unrelated HLA-compatible donor. In our country, this operation is not carried out. The cost of treatment to achieve remission followed by bone marrow transplantation abroad is $170,000. The Ministry of Health and Social Development pays 2/3 of the total amount. To save Stanislav's life, it is necessary to collect 57 thousand dollars, for which our family does not have the financial resources.

Our family has nothing to sell, parents in their entire working life (50 years of work experience at Spas-Demenskaya secondary school No. 1, 50 years of experience at Spas-Demenskaya Central District Hospital) have not earned anything to pay for their son's treatment abroad. I am a cardiologist, together with my parents, and since 2001 Stanislav and I have been living in a 19-room communal apartment (corridor type), Lyubertsy. All my funds go to the maintenance, treatment of my brother, help to my parents.
