"Project Vetrov". A project of musicians from St. Petersburg rock bands. The project is headed by poet and musician Alexander Vetrov. The group does not have a permanent composition - you never know who else will take the stage. "Revolt of the Pigs" (Estonia, 2004). Directed by Jaak Kilmi and Rene Reinumägi. Starring Yass Seljamaa, Enelin Kuusk, Lilian Alto. Summer 1986. 15-year-old Tunnel came to the rally to meet his girlfriend and finally lose his virginity. Having seen hundreds of rotting carcasses behind the collective farm pigsty, the guys are preparing a propaganda performance. The Tunnel construction team is disbanded, and the guys start a riot. They tear off their clothes, light torches and take over the rally headquarters for the whole night. The film received the Special Jury Prize at the 2004 Moscow International Film Festival. CONCERTS

Sting. A large-scale show as part of the world tour Broken Music Tour - a powerful concert program of old rock and roll hits. Eyewitnesses of the previous concerts of the tour say that it sounds amazing - without frills or eclecticism, simple, honest and fresh. Sting is joined by Dominic Miller (guitar), Lyle Workman (guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr. (drums). “Three Graves” (USA - France, 2005). Directed by Tommy Lee Jones. Screenplay by Guillermo Arriaga. Starring Tommy Lee Jones, Barry Pepper, Julio Cesar Zedillo, Dwight Yoakam. EXHIBITIONS

Europe+. An exhibition of works by four famous conceptual artists. The first section of the exhibition is a retrospective of the works of Gerhard Richter (Germany) “Overview” - 27 exhibits representing the artist’s work from the early 1960s to the 1990s. The second section is a photo series by Boris Mikhailov (Ukraine) “Twilight” (1993) - gloomy photographs of the Kharkov bottom. The next section of the exhibition is two installations by Vladimir Tarasov (Lithuania): “Shekinah” (2003) - sacred Jewish books laid out in a dark room, which are leafed through by the wind; and “Kyoto” (2005) - bamboo sticks with water hitting stones placed along the edges of the pool. "Masters of the French Poster". Exhibited are works from the collection of French lithographed posters of the late 19th - early 20th centuries at the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin. The French poster of that time was a full-fledged participant in the artistic process and turned the streets of European cities into huge exhibition halls. The posters show the influence of various trends in the art of their time (the influence of impressionism is noticeable in the technique used by Jules Chéret, neo-Gothic in the works of Eugene Samuel Grasset, one of the pioneers of the Art Nouveau style), and from them you can trace the history of art of an entire era. The museum collection contains works by almost all famous masters who raised the artistic level of illustrated advertising to real art. The exhibition features more than a hundred posters by French artists: Jules Chéret, Eugene Grasset, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Pierre Bonnard, Adolphe Villette, Alphonse Mucha, Théophile Steinlen, Jules Grandjuan, Paul Berton, Leonetto Cappiello and many others.
