In Volgograd, adolescents chopped a pensioner with an ax, another woman was injured

In the Dzerzhinsky district of Volgograd, there was an attack on two elderly women, one of the victims died.

As Interfax was told in the law enforcement agencies of the region, the crime for the robbery was committed about one in the morning on Tuesday in a private house on Chirskaya Street, where two sisters lived, 81 and 71 years old.

As established, the criminals attacked the old women with an ax, striking them on the head.

As a result, from traumatic brain injuries, one woman died on the spot, the second in serious condition was hospitalized in the 25th city hospital.

According to preliminary data, the crime was committed by adolescents. An investigation is underway, the details of the incident are established.
