The representative of Comair Nick Miller told reporters that he could not comment on the incomplete trial. "Comair expresses sincere sympathy for everyone whom this disaster has affected. Our efforts are aimed at contributing to the investigation of what happened in every way," Miller emphasized.

A famous lawyer from Cincinnati, who has extensive experience in lawsuits with airlines, Stan Chelie said on Friday that he was also preparing a lawsuit for Comair, emphasizing that a “monstrous mistake” led to a flight of flight 5191, due to which the aircraft accelerated on a too short runway.

"The lawsuit will be based on the approval that the main responsibility for the rise of the aircraft from the too short strip lies with the employees of the Comair company," Cheli said in an interview with the local press.
