And they must be fought. What the local bureaucracy has been doing with success in recent years: it will protect the kindergarten for the district administration, then for majors with fellow lieutenant colonels, then for medical officials, then for the governor's TV, and even for the guardians of urban education themselves.

Cry out, don't cry out in drowsy Kaluga for justice - there is only one answer: silence. Until the last moment, there was still a glimmer of hope to go to court and try to prove there that the Kaluga officials were too carried away. But that hope, too, was shattered.

It was necessary, dear Valery Vasilyevich, to have a political instinct and to orient in time.

And those who, to this day, have not yet had this instinct, will surely understand everything and very soon. Gennady Ovchinnikov, the last head of the Kaluga Orphanage, who is being expelled to the street along with teachers, children, frogs, mice and monkeys, will also understand. Which, apparently, out of misunderstanding, accuses Kaluga officials of "destroying children's institutions", including the oldest one in Kaluga - the orphan one. And this is during the victorious march across the country of the national project on education ...

PS And what, in fact, was the root cause of the great relocation of the arbitration court from the chambers so well settled by it at Staryi Torg, 4 to the Orphan's House in the Old Believer?
