Therefore, not only the press, but also "other informational products - leaflets, posters, banners, etc." fell under the ban.

Printed materials can no longer be displayed inside or outside buildings, on bulletin boards, or "distributed in any other way." The representative of the publication (and not just the distributor) is obliged to "coordinate the information policy" with the departments of educational work and security, and then approve it with the rector. For control, a commission of 16 people (representatives of the rector and commandants of the corps) was created.

Illegal distributors are planned to be caught on the threshold of educational buildings, the circulation is to be confiscated for household needs. To the question of what punishment is provided for “criminals”, Mr. Nikiforov replied: “We will shoot. Kidding. Let's have a persuasive conversation. We are not going to rule out violators.” Although the Constitution allows each citizen to independently choose the circle of reading, Yaroslav Alekseevich is sure: "Let the student choose somewhere else."

This is an attempt to prevent student protest, including in civilized forms, - said the dean of the history department Velikhan Mirzekhanov. - According to the charter, the security department should perform purely private functions - the protection of buildings and access control. And in our country this is the most important service, which replaces the state bodies of investigation and investigation.

About the work of the university mini-FSB, teachers say: "One of the oldest universities in the country has turned into a barracks." The service includes about 150 retired law enforcement officers. It is not known exactly what powers they have - the corresponding document was not presented to the university public. The ideological preferences of scientists at the university are monitored vigilantly. Students believe that with the help of new restrictions, the university leadership is trying to direct their political interests in the right direction. Indeed, it does not turn out well: he patronizes SSU "ER", and the youth looks to the left.
