Why at the meat processing plant thugs?

In St. Petersburg, the “dispute of business entities” is allowed by the Chechen special forces

At the end of last week, Petersburg shocked the events at the largest meat processing enterprise of the city - OJSC Samson. Information about the unprecedented "showdown" is still fragmentary. None of the parties participating in the conflict commented on what is happening. Law enforcement agencies are also silent, although the prosecutor's office of the Moscow district opened a criminal case under the article “robbery” on the fact of what had occurred. Smolny distance from what is happening. Vice-governor Mikhail Oseevsky, having dismissed an unpleasant question, only threw a significant phrase: “When people with machine guns burst into the enterprise-what does the city government have to do with it?” The question was addressed to Oseevsky for a reason, because it was he who is the head of the Interdepartmental Commission on Economic Security under the Government of St. Petersburg, created at the end of January this year to counteract the illegal seizure of enterprises.

In other things, it is not surprising that in Smolny they only shrug. It seems that in the corridors the authorities simply do not know how to react to what happened. After all, the men armed to the teeth, who broke into the St. Petersburg sausage plant, are not some bandits there, but seemingly fighters of an elite special unit, who arrived on the Neva shores from distant Chechnya.

In this situation, a bad taste of big policy is mixed in the conflict of business structures. This is probably why representatives of St. Petersburg authorities seemed to have been gaining water in the mouth. Indeed, in such a piquant situation, they are simply not able to use power.

At a certain stage, the “disassembly” tried to suppress the police called by the employees of Samson. But unsuccessfully. They allegedly presented the certificate of the commander of the Vostok battalion Sulim Yamadayev, after a short conversation with which law enforcement officers were retreated.

I must say that the bets in this game are very high. And we are talking, in essence, not about Samson itself, but about the vast land of several dozen hectares in the elite Moscow district of St. Petersburg, where the enterprise is located.

To say that in subsequent years the “Samson” was in a fever is to say nothing. In 2001, the enterprise introduced external management. And in 2002, Samson was declared bankrupt. At the same time, the Federal Service for Financial Recovery and Bankruptcy claims that the plant was skillfully led to bankruptcy. The overwhelming part of the property passed to subsidiaries, and Samson remained a goal like a falcon. A criminal case was even instituted against the former director of the enterprise Yuri Savelyev, which, however, later terminated.

At the end of the last and spring of this year, the Arbitration Court made a number of decisions, which, according to Samson, could put an end to many years of lawsuit. Moreover, the decisions were not in favor of Salolin.

True, the Town Planning Council of St. Petersburg (in August), and later the city government (in September) was “wrapped”, sending it to “revision” and recommending “adjusting” the boundaries of development zones. And a little later, a completely different company reported on their plans for the development of lands neighboring lands (in the past belonging to Summer) in Smolny - the Israeli Fishman Group, and the amount of investment appeared similar - about a billion dollars.

Yes, and what does the Chechen special forces have to do with it? The fact is that all the main persons involved in this story are immigrants from the North Caucasus. The president of the capital of the Moscow Industrial Bank, which owns Samson, is Abubakar Arsamakov. His nephew Hamzat Arsamakov is the director of Samson. And one of the leaders of the Moscow Salolin Group, who takes a lively part in a dispute with Samson, is Levan Kharazov. Well, Sulim Yamadaev, according to Samsonovtsev, who suffered from the “collision” of “unidentified persons”, was allegedly caused in order to help “a manly” to solve “between their” conflict.

But one way or another, sinister rumors crawl around the city on the Neva. Representatives of the St. Petersburg business community are again talking about an epidemic of raider raids on local enterprises from Moscow structures, the purpose of which is to demolish the workshops and put the land for development. Representatives of the “authoritative” business hint that, they say, the city government was so severely treated with local Tambov brothers - nevertheless, their own “roof” is closer to the body.

What was it? The answer is simple: robbery and violent rejection of someone else's property. Routine for Chechnya is business.

When by midnight the director signed the necessary documents, he was allowed to go to the hospital. The doctors were asked: “And what about the director, they beat him?” The doctors replied: "He was not beaten, he was tortured."

Of course, everyone knew. Only, as the children are small, hoped that they would carry. Is it not customary to speak in the Moscow Bomond, lowering the lip contemptuously: “We are tired of this Chechnya ... let them go to each other there ...”?

Even very enlightened my colleagues today love to speculate that all this Chechen lads, gifted by the Kremlin, raised from mud, washed and armed, and is that real order in Chechnya, which everyone dreamed about, but which was unattainable under other boys.

Total: at first the so -called “leaky” took place in the country - the Chechens began to kill each other “for the sake of the future with Russia”, raids on other North Caucasian cities, and headed this robbery of the Yamadaevs, Kadyrovs and others. Now they have also begun the case of all Rus' with effective and developed methods. Accept bitter congratulations.
