A new, cold anticyclone flows from Greenland to Scandinavia, so its predecessor, a warm anticyclone, leaves the center of Russia and heads to the north of Kazakhstan. Cooler air will come to European territory, but it will only get colder slightly, by 2-4 degrees. Most of the Southern Federal District will be under the influence of a cyclone centered over the eastern coast of the Black Sea, so it will not happen without rain. In the next two days, there will be short rains and thunderstorms in the south of European Russia.
