But atmospheric processes are already beginning to change to a winter mode, and most areas are about to be at the mercy of the freezing air that will pour in from the Arctic regions. Moreover, a cold anticyclone, and with it dry Arctic air, is heading from Scandinavia to the middle zone. In the next day or two, there will be light rain in places in the central region, during the day +5...+11°C, in the west up to +13°C, in the northeast no higher than +8°C.

In the north-west, in the center and in the Black Earth Region, high atmospheric pressure can cause deterioration in the health of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, vegetative-vascular dystonia, angina pectoris, cerebral atherosclerosis, neurocirculatory dystonia. They may experience spastic reactions, headaches, and discomfort in the heart area. Persons belonging to this category of patients should not overwork, they should spend time in the fresh air, and if signs of malaise are evident, take medications recommended by the attending physician.
