According to experts, westerly winds prevailed over North Korea and southern Primorye last Monday, so the hypothetical cloud could move over the Sea of ​​Japan 200-300 km south of Primorsky Krai. The residents of Vladivostok were not reassured by the forecast of Primhydromet, and they began to buy up dosimeters, while the youth came out to protest.
