In the north and center of European Russia, weather conditions will be dictated by the Atlantic cyclone in the next 24 hours; it is already approaching the Murmansk region, and is expected in the Polar Urals on Wednesday. In the northwestern regions, rain will begin today, and on Wednesday in the cold part of the cyclone there will be precipitation in the form of wet snow, the air temperature on Tuesday during the day will be +5...+10°C, and by the evening it will drop to +1...+ 6оС, it will remain the same on Wednesday afternoon. In addition, precipitation will be accompanied by gusty winds. In the center of Russia, precipitation with this cyclone will begin only on Wednesday. And on Tuesday it will be dry, but cold, in the morning -2...-7оС, during the day no higher than +2...+7оС, on Wednesday night -3...+2оС, and in the afternoon up to +4... +9оС.

In St. Petersburg there is light rain, at night +5...+7оС, during the day +8...+10оС.

The continuing drop in atmospheric pressure in the northern half of the EPR may negatively affect the well-being of weather-sensitive people prone to hypotension, and most people with cardiovascular diseases may feel a deterioration in their condition. In the middle zone, atmospheric pressure is almost normal, but with a westerly wind, the temperature will begin to rise and air humidity will increase. This weather is unfavorable primarily for people with diseased bronchi and lungs; people with cardiovascular diseases may not feel the best.
