“During the operational investigative measures, law enforcement agencies were detained by the executors of the murder - three citizens of Ukraine,” Novikov said, adding that “the persons involved in this murder were detained by our employees. None of them came to the police guilty.”
He also called the information that the detainees were former special forces, while the deputy minister referred to the leakage of information that harmed the work of the investigators.
