However, doctors are sure that people who buy cheap alcohol fake will not spend monthly medicines worth three to five thousand rubles. Those who miraculously survive after the use of surrogate return to the same store where they once bought a deadly liquid for 20 rubles, the newspaper Izvestia of the Udmurt Republic writes.

Irkutsk region

In Irkutsk, since the beginning of a flash of poisoning by medical institutions of the region, 2 thousand 598 patients with a diagnosis of toxic hepatitis were registered. 85 of them died, reports Interfax.

On November 22, in hospitals in connection with the poisoning of alcohol -containing liquids there are 1255 people, 334 on outpatient treatment.

On the territory of the Irkutsk region, from November 1, the functioning mode of "increased readiness" has been introduced. In the Usolsky, Kuitunsky, Cheremkhov and Shelekhov municipalities, an emergency regime was introduced.

Saratov region

In the Saratov region, 316 poisoned surrogate alcohol was diagnosed with toxic hepatitis, 13 people died, RIA Novosti was told on Wednesday in the regional Ministry of Information and Press.

In the areas of the Saratov region, gateways are carried out, work on checking outlets for the sale of surrogate alcohol, the removal of alcohol -containing liquids, added to mininforming.

Law enforcement agencies for the work of the interdepartmental commission opened 40 criminal cases related to the illegal trade in surrogate alcohol, on 38 of them the materials were transferred to the courts.

Volgograd region

In the Volgograd region, since the beginning of the outbreak of poisoning by surrogate alcohol with a diagnosis of “toxic hepatitis”, 554 people were hospitalized, of which 457 patients are currently in hospitals.

According to the Interfax agency on Wednesday, 51 people have received 51 people from the beginning of the current week.

In total, from the beginning of the outbreak from hospitals, 84 people were discharged, 13 people died from poisoning with surrogate alcohol.

Cases of mass poisoning of people with surrogate alcohol were recorded in 15 rural regions of the region and three cities - Volgograd, Volzhsky and Kamyshin.

The prosecutor's office of the Volgograd region on the facts of mass poisoning by alcohol instituted 9 criminal cases, ITAR-TASS reports.

The prosecutor of the region Leonid Belyak established personal control over the investigation of cases related to the theft of three parties of the "arrested" alcohol with a volume of 226 thousand liters under the protection of the police.

The first time the disappearance of 10 thousand liters of alcohol -containing liquid was discovered to clean the Kiryusha car glass, which the police seized in April. Then 36 thousand liters of alcohol stored under protection were taken out by members of the criminal group, in respect of which investigative-operational measures were carried out. And another 180 thousand liters of "arrested" alcohol were taken from the base of one of the factories.

Volga-Ural region

Over the past day, 9 people were killed in the Volga-Ural region over the past day from poisoning by surrogate alcohol, Interfax told the press service of the regional center of the civil defense systems and emergencies. Four people died in the Kirov and Chelyabinsk regions and another in the Saratov region.

Thus, the total number of those killed from the poisoning of surrogate reached 206 people. Most deaths - 130 - recorded in the Chelyabinsk region, 40 people died in the Kirov region, 19 in Saratovskaya, 17 in the Perm Territory.

According to the data on Wednesday morning, 1 thousand 613 people remain in the medical institutions of the region. Over the past day, it has been hospitalized115 sick. In total, 3 thousand 389 people turned to the hospitals from the beginning of the outbreak of poisoning.

Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Central District Hospital of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, one of 92 patients hospitalized with a diagnosis of toxic hepatitis died.

As Interfax agency was told in the press service of the Siberian Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation on Wednesday, the number of surrogate alcohol poisoning with November 1 of this year in Achinsk was steadily increased. Previously, deaths were not registered.

In turn, in the Office of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Administration of the Territory, the agency was informed that the man died on Monday November 20.

"He was hospitalized in extremely serious condition a few days before," said the operational attendant agency for civil defense and emergency situations.

In total, according to preliminary data from the Office, from November 1, 94 people with a preliminary diagnosis of “acute toxic alcohol hepatitis” were hospitalized in Achinsk.

On the fact of the incident, the Achinsk prosecutor’s office conducts an audit, the search for persons involved in the illegal turnover of alcohol is also continuing.

“At the moment, the issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided,” Elena Pimonenko, senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, told the agency on Tuesday.
