
Russia "will fulfill the agreements with Iran in regard to the completion of the construction of the nuclear power plant in the Bushera and its commissioning." This was announced on Saturday by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Igor Ivanov, who was in Mexico on a working visit on Saturday, in an exclusive interview.
"Under strict control, all work at the station in the Bushera will be carried out, as well as everything related to the supply of nuclear fuel and the subsequent return of the spent fuel, so we expect that there should be no problems here," he said.
"As for the issue related to the implementation of Iran of those obligations that stem from the solutions of the IAEA, we in our bilateral and multilateral negotiations with the Iranian side always emphasize that, first of all, in the interests of Iran himself, to make complete clarity to the issues that the Magate poses," the Secretary of the Council of Security of the Russian Federation.
According to him, it is necessary that the cooperation between Iran and the IAEA in the field of peaceful nuclear programs be carried out in accordance with the rights and obligations that Tehran has under the agreement on non -proliferation of nuclear weapons.
