Blocked accounts "Pen-center"

The Russian authorities blocked the accounts of the Pen-Center human rights organization, the Echo of Moscow reports.

According to the Vice President of the Pen-Center Alexander Tkachenko, the organization’s activities were largely overshadowed by the claims of the tax inspectorate, which is why it was impossible to work at full force.
