Earlier, the press secretary of the Krasaire airline Natalya Burmistrova told Interfax that the IL-62, flight 2412, took a flight along the Route of the Seychelles-Moscow with an intermediate landing in Sharja (united Arab emirates).

Already in the airspace of the UAE, the aircraft changed the recommended flight height, which is why it was detained by the local aviation authorities after landing. “According to the crew, the height was changed due to the operation of the warning system about the oncoming aircraft,” Burmistrova added.

The trial lasted about 14 hours. All this time, 138 flight passengers were in the airport terminal. They were provided with food.

"It was not possible to place them in the hotel, since this required permission from the migration authorities who did not work at night," said Krasaire spokesman.

She also added that at the moment the final conclusions about the reason for the change in the height by the plane were made. The work will continue the joint commission of the airline and the aviation authorities of the Arab Emirates.
