As Interfax was told in the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the head of the children's institution was detained by the police officer when she received 5 thousand dollars from the director of Spetstrans LLC for enrolling his child in kindergarten.
In total, according to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, the head extorted 1 million rubles from the victim for enrolling his child in kindergarten. A criminal case has been opened under Article 290 of part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe).
