In the city of Cheremkhovo, the Irkutsk region, the chairman of the district court is accused of rape of a student.

The board of judges of the Irkutsk Regional Court on Friday considered the submission of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation in relation to the chairman of the Cheremkhovsky District Court Mikhail Dobrinz and found in the actions of the judge the signs of the corpus delicti under Part 1 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rape). The procedure for considering the case by a collegium of judges was necessary, since all judges have integrity. To begin the investigation, this status can be removed only with the consent of the board.

According to Interfax, at present the prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region is coming with a petition to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation to submit to the qualification collegium of judges of the Irkutsk Regional Court on the consent of criminal prosecution of the Chairman of the Cheremkhovsky District Court.

The investigation began after the prosecutor’s office received a statement from a resident of Cheremkhovo, a student of one of the Irkutsk universities, who claimed that she was raped by Mikhail Dobrinets.

Details of the case

The site of the newspaper "SM number one" tells the details of this monstrous business. As the publication suggests, the story would be jammed if the uncle of victims did not hold the post of deputy mayor of Cheremkhovo.

As the girl’s mother Olga Mikhailovna said, it all started with the fact that her 19-year-old daughter Irina, a student of the law faculty, came to her hometown for monthly practice in court. As Irina said at home, the chairman of the court Mikhail Dobrinets behaved strangely, and once he spoke that he had enough to hope for an uncle, we must move in life. As it turned out later, the judge hinted at an intimate relationship with him - it was he who had to help Irina "advance in life."

On the evening of November 25, 2006, Irina was visiting her friend. The girls went out to the store for some trifle and accidentally collided with the judge. The friends climbed the apartment, but the judge soon called Ira out into the street. As the girl says, he was drunk and angry. He forced her to get into the car, drove to the court building, where he took his assistant and his girlfriend. Then the whole company went out of town, on the road Ira was forced to drink cognac.

In the end, the judge brought the company to the cafe. Irina tried to escape all this time, but she could not do this. The Dobrinz had a pistol with him, he constantly threatening his hands in his hands, and in the cafe even opened fire on the walls. At some point, when Irina tried to run away again, she was caught up and began to beat. She lost consciousness, and woke up from pain shock.

“She had something with her tongue, her mouth did not open, her teeth were sick. As soon as she came to her senses, she was beaten,” said her mother. Olga Mikhailovna that day was waiting for Irina until midnight. Relatives called the girl on a cell phone, but she did not answer. Then they contacted the uncle, the deputy mayor, and he called his friend - mayor Vadim Semenov.

Late in the evening, the relatives managed to get through to Irina, and she said only three words: "Snow .... garages ... practice." Olga Mikhailovna believes that only these three words saved her. Relatives and Semenov went to the garages of the court, guessing that it was a practice in court, which Irina took place.

As the mayor of the city said, when they drove up, they saw how a Dobrinet came out of the garage - "spinning, belly out." Irina stood in the garage near the car - undressed and wet - and cried. Her clothes were scattered all over the garage. A fight started between the judge and the girl’s father there. They were smalled, and the victim of rape was taken to the hospital. On the same day, the police received a complaint from judge Mikhail Dobrinz that the mayor allegedly beat him. As Semenov says, the judge threatened him personally.

The girl was diagnosed with "poisoning by an unknown substance"

Irina stayed in the hospital for only two days. Despite the fact that the whole body of the girl was bruised, there was a large hematoma under the tongue and a bridle of the tongue was torn, for some reason, the doctors decided to write it out so early. The mother believes that such an attitude is associated with the name of the offender of her daughter.

The diagnosis with which Irina was written out sounded like this: alcohol intoxication, poisoning with an unknown substance. The fact of rape was not established. According to the conclusion of doctors, the girls did not pose a threat to life, and she did not need to stay in the hospital.

On the fourth day after the incident, her mother brought her daughter to Irkutsk. The girl was examined by forensic experts, and then the doctors of the regional hospital. They considered it necessary to hospitalize Irina. Until now, Irina suffers from severe headaches and depression.

Meanwhile, the incident received a powerful public outcry. The case materials were soon sent to the Prosecutor General. The scandal was discussed in the City Duma. Governor Alexander Tishanin was also informed about the situation in Cheremkhovo. Many believe that this story was not zamyaty only because the victim is the niece of the city vice-mayor.
