Tony Blair does not intend to emigrate to the United States after his resignation

Tony Blair denied rumors about his emigration in the United States after resigning from the post of Prime Minister of Great Britain, which, as expected, he will declare in early May. The head of the Government of the United Kingdom said this in an interview published today by the Observer weekly.

“I don’t know why people continue to talk about America,” Blair remarked. “I’m not talking about the fact that when it comes time to leave the post, I will not build plans (about my future), but so far I have to completely give myself all the current work.”

Blair emphasized that after he leaves his current post, he concentrates his efforts to combat climatic changes, providing all -round assistance to Africa and issues of inter -confessional relations.

The prime minister also noted that, in his opinion, after his resignation, the problem of Great Britain’s participation in the war in Iraq, which negatively affects the rating of both Blair himself and the ruling Labor Party, will no longer be the focus of British voters. “She will leave with me,” the prime minister summed up.
