They want to interview Luzhkov in the SBU because of his anti-constitutional statements in Sevastopol

The Security Service of Ukraine studied the statement of Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov , who was made by him in Sevastopol, and came to the conclusion that his statements contradict the Ukrainian constitution, Interfax reports.

"The statement of Luzhkov as an official representative of the authorities of another country regarding the approval of actions to prevent cooperation between Ukraine with NATO contradicts Article 1 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which determines the state’s sovereign right to independently decide its internal and external affairs ... It may be a call to initiate shares against NATO in Ukraine and lead, ultimately, to the mass riots," the press secretary of the head said on Wednesday in Kiev in Kyiv. SBU Marina Ostapenko.

In this regard, according to her, there is a need to interview Luzhkov and "determine the response measures." The spokeswoman suggested that the Moscow mayor will conduct a survey of the Moscow mayor when interacting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Speaking about the sanctions that may be provided for Luzhkov’s actions, Ostapenko said that this could be “closing the entrance to Ukraine or administrative responsibility”.

On February 21, during a visit to Sevastopol, Yuri Luzhkov thanked the Sevastopol and Crimeans for the fact that they already gave a good powerful lesson in the Crimea, associated with the attempt to promote NATO.

The mayor of the Russian capital, while in Sevastopol, took part in a rally, at which, in particular, he said that "ill -conceived processes tore off Sevastopol and Crimea from Russia, left a deep wound that still does not heal." Luzhkov also assured military sailors and residents of Sevastopol that "Moscow will still help the Black Sea Fleet, which should have a reliable rear."

The mayor of Moscow noted that Russia pays more than sufficient funds for basing the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol and all the conversations that these payments are insufficient, lie in the political, and not in the economic and economic plane. “Someone does not like the presence of Russia here,” Luzhkov said.
