Part of the metropolitan dezovs is corporate

The Directorate of the Unified Customer (DS) will be transformed into state institutions or joint -stock companies, Yuri Roslyak, First Deputy Mayor in the Moscow Government, said on the last Tuesday on the air of the TVC.

According to him, part of the dezs, which will represent the interests of the city authorities, are transformed into state institutions. Unified information settlement centers will also include and budget subsidies will be issued through these institutions.

The other part of the dezov will be state. “This is the part of the dezs that will directly provide housing and communal services to the population,” RIA Novosti quotes Roslyak.

He said that this issue will be considered at a meeting of the city government.

"Unfumed desks will work on equal terms with private management companies in Moscow in the market for the provision of apartment buildings management services," said Yuri Roslyak, deputy mayor of Moscow.

According to him, already 93% of Muscovites have chosen a model for managing apartment buildings. At the same time, 60% of them chose digging as management companies.
