Russian entrepreneur Maxim Kurochkin, boldly killed in Kiev at the exit from the court building where his case was listened, did not immediately die in the heart in the heart. According to the testimony of the escorts accompanying him, before his death, he managed to whisper "here is BL ... di!".

An hour earlier, a living entrepreneur who was accused in Ukraine of extortion at the hearing stated that, while in the investigative insulator, he fears for his safety. The businessman stated that they would try to kill him, and made a request with a request to release him on a recognizance not to leave. “I don’t want to die. I ask you to let me go!” Kurochkin said. However, the court rejected the petition.

But since he previously publicly claimed that he was "ordered", the security was still strengthened. Instead of three escorts, eighteen were involved (9 employees of the Griffin unit and the same number of policemen-nonsense). However, special precautions, such as body armor, armored vehicles and so on, were not undertaken - this is within the competence of the court. And to drive close to the trial so that the defendant does not fall into the shelling zone, according to the police officers who escorted Kurochkin, the building materials were prevented, who carefully folded right at the court door.

On the fact of the murder of Kurochkin, a check of the actions of the escort began. As explained by the commander of the convoy regiment, Vasily Svincitsky, employees of the convoy service are guided by ordering by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine under number 60 of 2005. "The actions of Kurochkin’s escort corresponded to this order and were recognized as professionally competent," said Svincitsky.

According to him, the order does not stipulate that the special vehicle should stand close to the front doors. And according to the possible attempt on Kurochkin, the escort, according to Svincitsky, did not have information.

Kurochkin himself, speaking on Tuesday in court, said that he had arrived at Ukraine to deal with the situation around the Ozerk market in Dnepropetrovsk, and the Ukrainian authorities, having arrested it, prevented him from bringing the matter to the end. The defendant also argued that it was precisely because of this that four of his friends and business partners died: the owner and general director of Lakes Vladimir Vorobyov, as well as Anatoly Kurenenko, Demyan Topilin and Andrei Kharchishen (the last three were shot a few days ago in the car on the road near Kiev).
