
Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Russian Jews on the holiday of Passah . This was announced today by the press service of the head of state.
The congratulatory telegram, in particular, says:
"This holiday is noted in memory of the events of ancient times - the liberation of Jews from slavery and gaining ten commandments that became the property of all mankind, formed the basis of universally recognized moral values and norms."
