Ilya Polyashov, Chairman of the City Duma of Dzerzhinsk, does not rule out that the company may recover from the local budget funds spent on the purchase of subsidized medicines, which, in excess of the established limits, were prescribed to beneficiaries by city doctors: “I foresee a real possibility of recovering these funds in court from local budget, because our medical institutions have already prescribed these medicines.”

“The situation with the excess of the actual supply of drugs over the limits worries me a lot,” said Ilya Polyashov. “It worries me as a person professionally working with the budget of Dzerzhinsk.”

According to him, the supplier company is “an exclusively commercial enterprise”, it may experience “financial difficulties due to the fact that the state will limit its receipt of funds”, while the medicines have already been dispensed.
