The opposition demanded to stop the construction of the sea passenger terminal in the western part of the Vasilievsky Island, to refuse to build the Okhta Center skyscraper, recognize the elections to the Legislative Assembly, as well as to conduct administrative reform and dismiss the most odious, from their point of view, officials.
The speakers chanted "Freedom!", "Revolution!", "Shame!" "This is our city!" And they waved flags. In the crowd, the flags of the RND, the Yabloko party, the National Bolsheviks stood out.

The ambulance doctors of St. Petersburg received a special instruction according to which they can go to the police only to call police officers. This was stated by the leader of the People's Democratic Union of Youth (VATSM) Julia Malysheva.
According to her, she heard a link to this instructions, trying to call an ambulance for a beaten person who is in the 38th department of the police of St. Petersburg. The 38th police department reported that they have 18 detainees, five were brought to court.
