The head of American diplomacy recalled that the “only condition” for such negotiations with Iran is “stopping the enrichment and processing of Uranus.

“I want to emphasize that no one says that Iran does not have the right to civil atomic capabilities,” Rice said.

She said that in the relations of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with Tehran, there is no sufficient transparency in the nuclear region. Therefore, according to her, "there is no confidence in the intentions of the Iranians, who allegedly move towards the creation of nuclear weapons."
