
The Federal Court of the Soviet District of Samara was sentenced to Anna Fomina, born in 1966, for causing grievous bodily harm under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code.
According to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Samara region, the investigation conducted by the investigative department at the Soviet Medial Agriculture of the city of Samara, it was established that during the drinking of the alcohol of Fomin, seeing that her eight-year-old daughter accidentally broke the plate, began to scream at her and beat her.

The Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Samara Regional Court, having examined the complaint of the convicted person, left the sentence unchanged.
