However, the record of the day in the capital, most likely, will not be beaten: it is 29.1 degrees and belongs to 1897 and 1898. It is gratifying that the cold minimum is 3.6 degrees of frost dated 1889 and 1911, the metropolis also does not threaten.

The region remains in the zone of atmospheric fronts coming from the south-west, therefore, variable cloud cover is predicted, local short-term rains will pass, thunderstorms will thunder. The wind is southwest, 4-9 meters per second, ITAR-TASS reports.

Such weather conditions will contribute to the scattering of harmful impurities in the atmosphere of cities. However, near large industrial zones and highways, the probability of exceeding the norms of the content of pollutants in the air to two maximum permissible concentrations remains.
