The LDPR leader expressed the opinion that only hotels, parks and places for walking should remain in the center of Moscow, RBC reports.

In addition, as an effective method of combating the capital's traffic jams, the head of liberal democrats proposed prohibiting the installation of cars on the carriageway, selling cars less, introduce a fee for entry to the garden ring and build more parking lots. “Each person should go there to the center where he will know that he has a parking place,” Zhirinovsky added.

The metropolitan mayor Yuri Luzhkov stated a paid entry into the Moscow Center for a paid entrance to the Moscow Center. “We can be faced with the need to introduce a limited entry of vehicles into the city, as well as the need to enter a fee for entry to the third transport ring,” Luzhkov noted.
