Yushchenko appointed Tymoshenko’s comrade -in -arms and replaced the head of the state guard department


President Viktor Yushchenko appointed one of the leaders of Bloc Yulia Tymoshenko (BUT) Alexander Turchinov First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (National Security and Defense Council). This is stated in the relevant decree of Yushchenko, published on Wednesday on his official website , ITAR-TASS reports. Turchinov is the second person in the opposition block of Tymoshenko. From February to September 2005 he held the post of chairman of the Ukrainian Security Service.

The former first deputy secretary of the Council of People's Commissars Valery Khorrekovsky quit on his own on May 15 after the president appointed Ivan Poyshch secretary , releasing Vitaly Gaiduk from this position of his own free will.

With another decree, Yushchenko replaced the head of the state guard department of Ukraine. Instead of taking this post since February 2005, Petra Pluta was appointed Peter Opanasenko.

Pyotr Pluta was a guard Yushchenko during his premiere and took the position of head of the state guard department with the election of the latter to the presidency, Ukrainian Pravda reports.

Former First Deputy Head of the Hugo, who was the guard of President Leonid Kuchma, Sergey Kislov accused the plut of the absence of proper experience and preparation.
