Forgotten process

In the Tagan court of the city of Moscow, meetings have been going on for several months in the case of a fight that happened literally at the door of the same Tagansky court on April 13, 2006. The accused is Roman Popkov, Elena Borovskaya, Vladimir Titov, Nazir Magomedov, Sergey Medvedev and Alexei Makarov. All arrested at different times. Two months ago, Dmitry Elizarov was suddenly arrested in the same case. His case was allocated into separate production, but the judge intends to unite him with the case of Popkov and others.

On the trial in the Tagan court, as a rule, there are no journalists, human rights activists do not look there either. By the regret, I am deprived of the opportunity to attend court sessions, as I intend to act on this process a witness to the defense.

Meanwhile, the process of Popkov and others is a false action through and through, another vile repression against members of the prohibited party of the NBP. In the trial, supposedly “victims” and supposedly “witnesses” (in fact, members of the pro -Kremlin groups “Young” and “Local”) claim that they were accidentally at that day. Meanwhile, all of them, without exception, (both “victims” and “witnesses”) live in the cities of the Moscow region, and their appearance in the courtyard of the Tagan court cannot be an accident.

On the same day, photographs of this attack were placed on the Student Pravda website, belonging to Russia Young. The faces of the people attacked to me were neatly covered by squares to protect them from court persecution. Then the "young Russia" praised that it was its activists who organized an attack. After April 13, pictures of the same photographer again appeared on the Student Pravda website.

These photographs later were in the hands of the Minister of the Interior Rashid Nurgaliev, who shook them in anger. Only his anger did not fall on the guilty heads. The woman-photographer, which “accidentally turned out” on April 13, 2006 at the Tagan court (she, apparently, accidentally foresaw the attack on me on April 7 and came), is now the main witness of the prosecution. Just like her photos. Meanwhile, according to our data, it is she who is the curator and organizer of the attack. Moreover, we have photographs that captured this who can always accidentally be where the provocation is being prepared, the woman is on March 3, 2007 in St. Petersburg at the "Mark of the Disagnuts". True, there she was without a camera.

What is happening now in the Tagan court with silent connivance of both the media and human rights activists is a disgusting injustice. When there was a process over the 39 National Bolsheviks of the Presidential Administration, the reception of the presidential administration, the honest and direct Anna Politkovskaya regularly went there. With her several articles in Novaya Gazeta, she created confidence, sympathy and understanding of the guys who just demanded: "Putin, leave yourself!"

Now there is no Politkovskaya. And where is that brave journalist, who, firstly, will understand that on April 13, 2006, the National Bolsheviks acted, absolutely defending themselves from the attack, and secondly, will reveal a provocation, a whole operation of provocation? Apparently, there was a conspiracy with law enforcement agencies, because not a single policeman was on April 13 in the courtyard of the court.

I turn to the journalists of all honest publications: well, help the guys! What, so let you perish in these in all kinds of butyrs?! By the way, a hunger strike caused by severe conditions of detention began in Butyrskaya prison. Among those who took part in it, accused in the case of a fight from the Tagan court on April 13.
