26 -year -old Paris Hilton, freed the day before from prison, was again sent back - in tears and handcuffs.

Hilton spent only three days in prison from the appointed 45-day period in connection with the worsening state of her health. She was released by decision of the sheriff, placing under house arrest with an electronic bracelet on an ankle that signal the police about her whereabouts.

According to Skynews , today the police arrived for Hilton in her mansion in Hollywood after the Los Angeles prosecutor’s office filed a complaint against the early release of the heir to the hotel empire. California judge Michael Soyer with a special decision returned the heiress of the network of hotels in jail.

Directly from the courtroom in Los Angeles Paris in handcuffs was sent in a black and white police car to Linwood prison, where she has to sit out the remaining 42 days of her term, appointed for violation of the test deadline for drunk condition.

Hilton was supposed to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Friday local time (20 pm in Moscow). The judge told the girl to appear at the meeting, but she stated that she would participate in the proceedings by phone. Then it was decided to deliver Hilton to the court under the escort. Now the Los Angeles court decided to return Paris Hilton to prison the early released Paris.

On May 4, the heiress of the Hilton empire was sentenced to one and a half months of prison for violation of the provisions of the sentence about the conditional imprisonment for driving drunken form. At the same time, the judge specifically forbade her to interrupt the sentence at the request from work, change the prison to special private penitentiary institutions, and also serve the deadline for the observation of electronic "guards".

As ITAR-TASS noted, the camera, where the secular lioness has already returned, is located in a special block of the Linwood complex, where there are 12 isolated double prison rooms intended for celebrities, politicians, as well as convicted police officers. Paris, however, has to spend at least an hour outside the camera every day - in general, for all prisoners of the prison courtyard, soul and television room.
