In the suburbs in an accident involving a fuel truck, 3 people were killed

As a result of a serious traffic accident in the suburbs with the participation of a fuel truck and three other cars were killed by 3 people.

DPT occurred on Wednesday at 16:10 at 67 km of the Leningrad highway, when leaving Solnechnogorsk. A gas outlet, auto -car and two cars collided. The gas outlet that transported 27 tons of gasoline turned over, after which a fire occurred.

As a result of the collision, three passengers of one of the cars were killed, the driver of the fuel truck was hospitalized, the Interfax was told in law enforcement agencies.

The movement along the Leningrad highway at the scene is limited in both directions. According to the fire service near Moscow, now the fire is already extinguished. The investigation team is working at the scene.

According to RIA Novosti , the Moscow Region prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, which entailed the death of two or more persons through negligence).
