The criminals were detained live in front of President Putin, First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev.

The head of state watched the actions of the police on monitors in the center, which analyzes information from 138 outdoor surveillance cameras installed on the streets of the city. The lieutenant of the police, who led the video control, when visiting the center by the president, saw a fight in the Gorky Park. The police outfit arrived at the place in a minute. According to the monitors, the president saw how the police drove up to the fighting and twisted the bully, RIA Novosti reports.

After some time, the president witnessed another crime: the operator recorded a car hit for a pedestrian. The car disappeared from the scene of the accident. The registration number was immediately installed - K700UV -61.

According to the database, the operator found out that the car belongs to a citizen of Samsonova. An ambulance was called immediately, in a matter of minutes the car of a citizen Samsonova was detained on the highway. Moreover, it was found that the offender is on the federal wanted list. “Meanwhile, the criminogenic situation in the country continues to be difficult,” Putin admitted. “The level of organized and relapsed crime is still high, almost every third domestic crime is committed under the influence of alcohol. The number of offenses committed by adolescents is great,” he complained.

According to RIA Novosti , the president urged to involve citizens and public organizations in the protection of public order. "There is no doubt, the more people will be included in this work, the more successful it will be. Voluntary workers are able to not only reduce crime on the streets and in the living sector, but also engage in its prevention," Putin said.

The head of state indicated that this issue should be thought out in detail, and local lawmakers should more clearly define the status of public organizations that help fight illegal acts, and to attract volunteers to find new incentives.

The authors of the report also drew attention to "the social adaptation of persons who were freed from places of imprisonment, conditionally convicted and minors." As you know, earlier representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs proposed a number of measures aimed at adapting such citizens: for example, the obligatory quotation of jobs for former convicts, forced treatment of alcoholics and drug addicts, and the establishment of control over the ex-suggested.
