Sochi hotels opened an account with booked rooms for 2014

“We were pleasantly surprised by such a quick reaction of potential customers and, despite the weekend announced in the city in honor of the Olympic Victory, sent this first application to the Radison-Lazurnaya Hotel,” Irina Badayan said ITAS-TASS-mayor.

Later it was possible to find out that the application came from Moscow. The first Russian to booked a room in the Sochi hotel on the days of the 2014 Olympics was the head of Rospechat Mikhail Seslavinsky. Its incognito was opened in the administration of the Radison-Lazurnaya Hotel.

The head of Rospechat explained in an interview with the agency that the decision to book the number was made at the family council. “This morning, inspired by the victory of Russia at the IOC session, we realized that we could not miss the Sochi Olympiad, and glad that we were the first to send a request for hotel reservation,” Ceslavinsky admitted.

“Let this family solution will become the first confirmation of German Gref’s words that the Olympiad in Sochi will attract many large and small financial resources,” said the head of R and Patriot. “I booked this number as a private sport and patriot fan, not an official. As for my professional duties, I, of course, will do everything in my place to help the first Russian winter Olympiad.”
