The creator of Livejournal decided to go to work in Google

The founder of the site Livejournal.com (LJ) Brad Fitzpatrick decided to leave Six Apart, which currently owns the portal. In 2005, Fitzpatrick sold Six Apart his Danga Interactive company, reports Valleywag .

According to this publication, Fitzpatrik has already chosen a new place of work. He received many suggestions, the most interesting of them were Google and Myspace. Valleywag, citing sources surrounded by Fitzpatrika, reports that he chose work in Google.

In his blog, Brad Fitzpatrick commented on this information. He said that for several years it has not been directly related to Livejournal management, being a consultant. “People think that after 9 years I still have a resources of Livejournal. Apparently it will take some time to make it clear to everyone that this is not so,” Fitzpatrik wrote.

“I want change. Livejournal is now in good hands, and I am not worried about his fate,” wrote Fitzpatrik.
