
Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov said at a meeting of the metropolitan government on Tuesday that housing in Moscow must be completed in 2008-2014. About 42 billion rubles are provided for this in the budget. Luzhkov promised to provide 2008 with design documentation for the overhaul of residential buildings of typical series of construction of the 60-70s of the twentieth century. According to the capital's mayor, the documentation is being prepared for houses of four to five of typical series, Interfax reports.
He added that he had already instructed the head of the Moscow City Complex Complex to Pyotr Biryukov to prepare the design documentation for 2008 for the overhaul of the housing of the inconsistent series of the 60-70s of the construction.
Recall that in June of this year, the State Duma of the Russian Federation supported the creation of the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Fund, whose funds are planned to be directed to overhaul the housing and resettlement of Russians from emergency and dilapidated houses. 145 billion rubles will be spent on repairs.
Fund funds will be distributed to regions based on budgetary security and the total area of the housing stock. According to Rosstroy, the fund will pay 10-80% of the funds of regional address programs of repair, while the share of citizens may amount to 5-10%.
