
As a result of the explosion of ground mines in the suburbs of Kabul, three citizens of Germany were killed - law enforcement officers. The informant occurred on the eastern outskirts of the Afghan capital, where Bundeswehr has been patrolling for a long time. Responsibility for the explosion was taken by the Taliban movement.
Directly close to the barracks, where ISAF units were stationed, a military convoy of peacekeepers was blown up on a mine.
The law enforcement officers were sent to Kabul by the Federal criminal department. Another policeman was injured, reports ITAR-TASS.
According to DPA , who referred to the words of the deputy chief of the police Kabul Salma Khan, as a result of the explosion, three Bundeswehr soldiers were killed. The total number of victims of the attack was not called.
Other sources report the death of two police officers and an employee of the Security Service of the German Embassy in Afghanistan.
