Rosneft: Prana LLC is listed as the debtor of the company

Prana LLC, which won the auction for the sale of Yukos assets in the 13th lot, as follows from the quarterly report "Rosneft", is its debtor.

The total amount of Prana’s receivables to Rosneft is 26.015 billion rubles. As explained in the press service of Rosneft, by the time the report was drawn up, the company did not have documents on the transfer of property ownership.

Earlier, the unknown LLC Prana won the auction for the sale of lots , which included the central building of Yukos and the trading assets of the oil company. Prana paid for this property 100.09 billion rubles at a starting price of 22.07 billion rubles.

Later, Rosneft, which also participated in the auction, bought from Prana the Yukos office and its traders for $ 3.4 billion.
